Our sister company WEC Outsourcing is seeking an experienced and certified IELTS trainer to join our team on a part-time basis. As an IELTS Certified Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping students achieve their desired IELTS scores by providing English training, expert guidance and instruction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver high-quality English training sessions to students.

  2. Prepare and implement effective lesson plans that cater to various learning styles.

  3. Provide individualized feedback and strategies to help students improve their performance.

  4. Monitor and assess students' progress,

  5. Offer additional support where necessary.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in IELTS training.

  2. Relevant IELTS training certification is mandatory (by either British council or other IELTS partner organizations).

  3. Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.

  4. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to motivate students.

  5. Flexibility to work in different time zones.

  1. Submit their CV, highlighting relevant experience and qualifications.

  2. Include a copy of their IELTS training certification.

  3. Be prepared to sit for an invigilated exam at WEC Outsourcing if selected.
